On Saturday afternoon, March 29, 2025, a small plane crashed into a residential home in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis, igniting a significant fire. The aircraft, identified as a SOCATA TBM7, had departed from Des Moines International Airport in Iowa and was en route to Anoka County-Blaine Airport in Minneapolis when the accident occurred around 12:30 p.m.  
Remarkably, no occupants of the house were injured. However, authorities have not yet disclosed information regarding the number of individuals on board the aircraft or their conditions. Emergency responders promptly arrived at the scene to extinguish the blaze and evacuate nearby residents as a precautionary measure.  
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz stated that his team is closely monitoring the situation and expressed gratitude to the first responders for their swift actions. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have initiated an investigation into the cause of the crash.
